高职艺术设计的创业人才培养模式研究

在深化教育改革背景下,职业教育获得了较多关注,职业教育更加需要借助这一契机更好发展。大众创业,万众创新是当代社会发展的主旋律之一,职业教育在人才培养上也要注重对学生创业意愿的培养和创新能力的提升。高职艺术设计专业作为专业教育中的一门专业,其在教育教学中也需要进行创业人才的培养性尝试。本文将对当前高职艺术设计专业的创业人才培养问题进行研究,并就如何进行创业人才培养模式创新与调整提出合理化建议。

under the background of deepening education reform,vocational education has received more attention.Vocational education needs more help from this opportunity to develop better.The public innovation is one of the main themes of the development of contemporary society.Vocational education should also pay attention to the cultivation of students'entrepreneurial intention and the promotion of innovation ability in the training of talents.As a major in professional education,higher vocational art design major also needs to cultivate entrepreneurial talents in education and teaching.This paper will study the problem of the training of entrepreneurial talent in the major of art design in higher vocational colleges,and put forward some reasonable suggestions on how to carry out the innovation and adjustment of the training mode of the talents.
