摘要
立足职业岗位与岗位核心能力分析,构建课程体系,是培养高素质技术技能型人才要求,也是更新教学模式,提高教学效果的要求。文章分析航空服务专业职业岗位所需知识、能力、素质要求,探索航空服务专业人才培养改革模式,以典型工作任务与岗位核心能力为基础,构建专业课程体系,提高航空服务专业人才的综合职业素养。
With the analysis of professional positions and core competency,constructing curriculum system meets the requirements of producing high-quality skilled talents,reforming teaching mode and improving teaching quality.The paper explores the mode of training air service majors and analyzes the demand of knowledge,competency and quality for each professional position.Based on typical tasks and professional core competency,the construction of professional curriculum system will improve overall quality of air service majors.
