玉林市非医学专业中职学生食源性寄生虫病知行信调查分析

Investigation analysis on the knowledge,attitude and practice of food-borne parasitic disease among non-medical secondary vocational school students in Yulin city

摘要 目的了解玉林市非医学专业中职学生食源性寄生虫病知识、健康行为和态度,为开展中职学生健康教育提供依据。方法选取玉林市区4所非医学专业中职学校,调查中职学生食源性寄生虫病相关知识、健康行为和态度,分析其特点。结果玉林市非医学专业中职学生食源性寄生虫病知识知晓率较低,相关知识知晓率均小于50.0%。健康行为方面,不同性别学生"饭前便后洗手""不吃牛排等半生食物"等健康行为率差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01),女生的健康行为率优于男生;不同户籍中职学生"饭前便后洗手""不吃鱼生、鱼生粥"等健康行为率差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01),城镇户籍健康行为率高于农村户籍中职学生。学生在"不吃牛排等半生食物""不吃烧烤""不吃鱼生、鱼生粥"等方面健康行为正确率均低于60%。正确态度方面,不同户籍学生"知道食用某些食物有可能感染食源性寄生虫病,会建议他人不要去吃"正确态度形成率方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),城镇户籍学生高于农村户籍学生。学生对待食源性寄生虫正确态度形成率均高于90%。结论玉林市非医学专业中职学生食源性寄生虫病知晓情况和相关健康行为正确率较低,存在高危行为,对食源性寄生虫病的正确态度值得肯定。学校应当加强食源性寄生虫病相关知识健康教育工作,提高中职学生健康意识,减少高危行为,降低食源性寄生虫感染风险。 Objective To understand the knowledge,healthy behaviors and attitudes of food-borne parasitic disease among non-medical secondary vocational school students in Yulin and provide the basis for the health education.Methods 4 secondary vocational schools in Yulin city were selected to investigate the knowledge,healthy behaviors and attitudes of food-borne parasitic diseases among vocational students and analyze their characteristics.Results Less than 50.0% of secondary vocational school students in Yulin had the knowledge about food-borne parasitic disease.Significant difference was found between different genders in the healthy behaviors such as "washing hands before eating and after shitting" and "not eating half-raw foods"(P<0.05).Female had better awareness of the healthy behavior than male.Significant difference was also found between students coming from rural and urban area in the aforementioned healthy behaviors(P<0.05) with less than 60% of rural students having healthy behaviors than urban students.Less than 60% of students had proper health behaviors such as "not eating half-raw foods","not eating barbecue","not eating raw fish or porridge with raw fish" et al.There was significant difference between rural and urban students in "I would suggest not eating food that might be infected with food-borne parasites(P<0.05) "with urban students having higher accurate rate than rural students.Both students’ correct attitude to food-borne parasites is more than 90%.Conclusion non-medical secondary vocational school students in Yulin city have little knowledge of food-borne parasitic diseases and higher risk of unhealthy behaviors,whereas they hold accurate attitudes towards food-borne parasitic diseases.Health education among secondary and vocational students on food-borne parasitic diseases should be strengthened to improve health awareness,reduce high-risk behaviors and lower the risk of food-borne parasitic infection.
