Analysis of a Water Cut-off Fault of Condensate Pump

新建及大修后的火电机组因热力系统杂物多容易在凝汽器中积聚杂质,所以常规上都设计有凝汽器出口滤网。而该滤网堵塞后会引起凝泵断水,对凝泵安全运行造成威胁。分析一起凝汽器出口滤网因杂质堵塞造成凝泵断水的故障,并对凝结水系统提出改进方案,保障了设备安全运行。

Since various impurities exist in the thermal system of the newly built and overhauled thermal power units and are easy to accumulate in the condenser,the filter screen is usually designed for condenser outlet.When the filter screen is blocked,the water flow of the condensate pump will be cut off,threatening the safe operation of the condensate pump.This paper analyzes a water cut-off fault of the condensate pump caused by impurities blocking at the outlet filter screen of the condenser,and puts forward an improvement scheme for the condensate system to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
