摘要
某热电公司二期2×660MW超超临界二次再热机组高压旁路安全保护功能设置为单点保护,容易产生误动。通过研究提出对相关控制优化改造,同时通过现场实动打压试验证明:改造成功地避免了出现单点保护,同时也消除了系统拒动和误动的风险,取得了理想的效果。
The safety protection function of high pressure bypass of 2×660 MWe ultra supercritical secondary reheat unit in the second phase of a thermal power company is set as single point protection,which is prone to inadvertent operation.Through research,the optimization modification of relevant control is put forward,meanwhile,it is proved by the on-site real pressure test that the modification successfully avoids the single point protection,and also eliminates the risk of system operation failure and inadvertent operation,and achieves the ideal effectiveness.
