摘要
蒸汽转换器系统疏水管道在多个核电项目中均出现振动高的问题,多次造成阀门泄漏,管线裂纹、调节装置损坏等事件,严重威胁核电厂机组安全运行。通过对振动原因进行分析,结合CAESARⅡ软件分析结果,提出改造方案,总结了核电站管道振动处理的方法和经验。
The problem of high vibration of drainage pipeline has been found in steam transformer system in many nuclear plants.The vibration causes the valve leakage,pipe crack,and damages of regulating device,seriously threatens the safe operation of the NPP unit.Through analyzing the cause of the pipeline vibration,and combining with the analysis results of software CAESAR,the paper puts forward modification scheme,and summarizes the methods and the experiences for the treatment of pipeline vibration in nuclear power plants.
