对常规腹部超声与经阴道超声评价剖宫产术后切口愈合程度进行对比分析

Comparative analysis of conventional abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in evaluating the degree of incision healing after cesarean section

目的:探究剖宫产术后切口愈合程度应用常规腹部超声与经阴道超声进行评价的效果。方法:本次实验对象全部选自本院2018年1月—2019年1月期间收治的126例剖宫产产妇,全部开展常规腹部超声与经阴道超声检查,分析两种检查方案对患者的切口愈合程度、子宫复旧情况评价效果。结果:在宫腔积液及(或)残留物、切口愈合不良、子宫复旧良好检出详情、切口愈合不良分型上,经阴道超声显著优于经腹部超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产术后切口愈合程度使用经阴道超声检查,能够更为直观的反应切口愈合情况,有利于远期剖宫产术并发症的防治。

Objective To investigate the effect of conventional abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound on the degree of incision healing after cesarean section.Methods All the subjects in this study were selected from 126 cesarean section women who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.All patients underwent routine abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasonography to analyze the wound healing of the two examination protocols.Degree,uterine rejuvenation evaluation effect.Results The results of transvaginal ultrasound were significantly better than transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine effusion and/or residue,poor healing of the incision,good uterine involution,and poor healing of the incision(P<0.05).Conclusion The degree of incision healing after cesarean section is detected by transvaginal ultrasonography,which can reflect the healing of the incision more intuitively and is conducive to the prevention and treatment of complications of long-term cesarean section.
