心脏彩超在诊断高血压性心脏病上的意义分析

The significance of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease

目的:分析诊断高血压心脏病时选择心脏彩超的效果。方法:本研究取我院接收的高血压心脏病患者43例作为研究组对象,选取时间为2017年8月—2019年8月,在同一时间选择43例健康体检人员作为对照组对象,对两组均进行心脏彩超和心电图检查,分析检查情况。结果:在左室壁厚度、射血分数、左房内径上,研究组均高于对照组,且研究组接受心脏彩超的检出率高于心电图,P<0.05。结论:针对高血压心脏病患者进行诊断可优先考虑心脏彩超,其检出率更高。

Objective To analyze the effect of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.Methods 43 patients with hypertensive heart disease received in our hospital were selected as the study group.From August 2017 to August 2019,43 health examiners were selected as the control group at the same time.The two groups were examined by color Doppler echocardiography and electrocardiogram,and the results were analyzed.Results The left ventricular wall thickness,ejection fraction and left atrial diameter in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the detection rate of color Doppler echocardiography in the study group was higher than that in the electrocardiogram(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac color Doppler ultrasound is the first choice for the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease,and its detection rate is higher.
