探讨经阴道超声在妇产科急腹症中的应用

To explore the application of transvaginal ultrasound in acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology

目的:分析在妇产科急腹症中应用经阴道超声的效果。方法:本研究取2017年5月—2018年10月作为研究时间段,取期间80例妇产科急腹症患者作为研究对象,分别对这些研究对象进行经阴道超声(研究组)和经腹部超声(对照组)检查,与病理学诊断对比,分析其检查结果。结果:研究组检出符合率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科急腹症中可优先选择经阴道超声检查,其检查准确性较高,可为临床治疗提供可靠依据,促使该部分患者尽快得到确诊。

Objective To analyze the effect of transvaginal ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology acute abdomen.Methods In this study,from May 2017 to October 2018,80 patients with obstetrics and gynaecology acute abdomen were taken as the research subjects,and transvaginal ultrasound(research group)and transabdominal ultrasound(control group)were performed on these subjects.The examination was compared with pathological diagnosis.Analysis of its findings.Results The compliance rate was higher than that of control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound can be preferred in obstetrics and gynaecology acute abdomen,and the accuracy of the examination is high,which can provide reliable basis for clinical treatment,and prompt the patients to be diagnosed as soon as possible.
