DSA步进式血管造影技术在下肢动脉硬化性疾病介入诊疗中的临床应用价值

Clinical value of DSA stepped angiography in interventional diagnosis and treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis

目的:研究DSA步进式血管造影技术在下肢动脉硬化性疾病介入诊疗中的临床应用价值。方法:选取我院收治的50例下肢动脉硬化性疾病患者为临床研究对象,于2019年1月—9月期间开展DSA步进式血管造影技术及介入诊疗,分析治疗前后的临床差异,继而探讨DSA步进式血管造影技术的临床应用价值。结果:50例患者经诊断后,均可见不同程度的动脉粥样硬化性血管狭窄或闭塞,其中42例患者病变程度较为严重,7例患者执行球囊扩展治疗后有效,1例患者执行球囊扩张治疗无效,图像质量优38例,良好11例,差1例,图像质量优良率为98.00%。结论:DSA步进式血管造影技术应用于下肢动脉硬化性疾病的介入诊疗中具有十分良好的临床表现效果,图像质量高,分辨效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical value of DSA stepping angiography in interventional diagnosis and treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis.Methods 50 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis disease were selected as the clinical research objects.DSA stepped angiography and interventional diagnosis and treatment were carried out from January 2019 to September 2019.The clinical differences before and after treatment were analyzed,and then the clinical application value of DSA stepped angiography was discussed.Results After diagnosis,atherosclerotic stenosis or occlusion was found in all 50 patients.Among them,42 patients had severe lesions,7 patients were effective after balloon dilatation,1 patient was ineffective after balloon dilatation,38 patients had good image quality,11 patients had good image quality and 1 patient had poor image quality.The excellent and good image quality rate was 98.00%.Conclusion DSA stepping angiography has a good clinical effect in interventional diagnosis and treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis diseases.The image quality is high and the resolution effect is remarkable.It is worth popularizing.
