磺化疏松纳滤膜对高盐度印染废水分离性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究以2,7-二磺酸基-9,9-双(4-氨基苯基)芴(SBAPFD)和均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)分别为水相和有机相反应物,通过界面聚合在聚醚砜(PES)超滤膜上制备了磺化聚酰胺复合纳滤膜,并利用该膜对模拟印染废水中NaCl和染料进行分离。结果表明,经过优化所得的膜TS-0.2膜(SBAPFD和TMC的质量浓度分别为2、1 mg/L)的纯水渗透系数高达(296±13) L/(m^2·h·MPa),同时NaCl的质量浓度在10~100 g/L都保持了极低的盐截留率(<1.8%)。TS-0.2膜比商用NF270具有更高的染料、盐分离效率,在刚果红、NaCl分离过程中仅需要加入原料液4倍的水量就可以完成双组分的有效分离,比NF270的用水量和分离时长分别节约38.5%和54.2%。 A sulfonated thin-film composite(TFC) nanofiltration membrane was fabricated using 9,9-bis(4-aminophenyl) fluorene-2,7-disulfonic acid(SBAPFD) and trimesoyl chloride(TMC) on a polyether sulfone substrate by conventional interfacial polymerization, the prepared membrane was used for Na Cl and dye separation in simulated textile wastewater. The results showed that, the pure water permeability coefficient of optimized TS-0.2 membrane(mass concentration of SBAPFD and TMC was 2 and 1 mg/L respectively) reached(296±13) L/(m^2·h·MPa), and a considerably low NaCl retention a bility of <1.8% over a concentration range of 10~100 g/L. The prepared TS-0.2 membrane had higher separation efficiency for dye and salt than commercial NF270, and it required only 4-fold water addition to accomplish the separation of Congo red and Na Cl, which saved 38.5% and 54.2% of water consumption and separation time respectively.
