羧苄基壳聚糖复配型海水缓蚀剂的制备及应用 被引量:1

摘要 将壳聚糖进行改性后制得羧苄基壳聚糖,利用失量法研究了羧苄基壳聚糖的海水缓蚀性能,将羧苄基壳聚糖与钼酸钠、硫酸锌、葡萄糖酸钠等缓蚀剂分别进行二元复配和三元复配,测试复配后的海水性能。结果表明,单一羧苄基壳聚糖的质量浓度为600 mg/L时,海水缓蚀率可以达到40.2%;二元复配时羧苄基壳聚糖和硫酸锌复配缓蚀效果最好,缓蚀率为50.56%;三元复配时以羧苄基壳聚糖+硫酸锌+葡萄糖酸钠,缓蚀率可以达到56.23%。 The carboxybenzyl chitosan was prepared by modified chitosan, and the performance of corrosion inhibition of carboxybenzyl chitosan in seawater was studied by weight loss method, the binary and ternary compound tests by mixing carboxybenzyl chitosan with sodium molybdate, zinc sulfate, sodium gluconate separately were carried out and the performance of compound seawater was tested. The results showed that the inhibition rate of seawater could reach 40.2% when the mass concentration of single carboxybenzyl chitosan was 600 mg/L. The best effect could be got in binary compound test of carboxybenzyl chitosan and zinc sulfate, with the inhibition rate of 50.56%. When the ternary compounding was carboxybenzyl chitosan+zinc sulfate+sodium gluconate, the corrosion inhibition rate could reach 56.23%.
