陕西省电子信息领域军民融合标准体系建设研究

Study on the Construction of Military-Civilian Integration Standard System in Electronic Information Field of Shanxi Province

本文首先对电子信息领域军民融合现状进行分析,总结出军民融合中存在缺少整体规划、融合领域不清晰、军地信息交流存在代沟等问题,然后通过分析电子信息领域标准体系和电子信息领域国家军用标准体系的特点,建立包括通用基础标准、电子系统与产品标准、检测与试验标准和信息技术标准在内的电子信息领域军民融合标准体系,为相关部门解决电子信息领域军民融合中存在的问题提供参考。

Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation of civil-military integration in electronic information field.The problems of military-civilian integration such as the lack of overall planning,the unclear fusion field and the generation gap in military-civilian information exchange are summarized.Secondly,the characteristics of the standard system in electronic information field and the National Military Standard System in electronic information field are analyzed.To establish a standard system for civil-military integration in the field of electronic information,including general basic standards,standards for electronic systems and products,standards for testing and testing and standards for information technology.It can provide reference for relevant departments to solve the problems existing in the military-civilian integration in electronic information field.
