Notes to Two Letters between Jiang Wenhan and Luo Zhufeng

新发现的罗竹风复江文汉信显示了他对于江文汉《中国古代基督教及开封犹太人》学术价值的首肯、明确果断的出版态度、三稿合一的成书提议,进而实证了罗竹风作为中国宗教问题研究奠基人的出版业绩。

The newly-discovered reply made by Luo Zhufeng to Jiang Wenhan’s letter showed his recognition of the academic value of the Christianity in Ancient China and Jews in Kaifeng written by Jiang, his clear, decisive attitude towards publishing of the book, and the suggestion on integrating the three drafts into one book. The reply also serves as a solid evidence for proving that Luo Zhufeng was the founder of the researches into China’s religious issues.
