摘要
患者知情同意权是当代新型和谐医患关系架构中患者权利体系建构的核心。介绍知情同意权的涵义与法理基础,讨论权利主体、行使限度等内容,界定医方告知义务,对我国患者权利保障制度之完善提出建议。
Informed consent is the core of patients’rights system constructing in the framework of the contemporary new harmonious doctor-patient relationship.This paper introduced the meaning of informed consent right of patients with legal basis,discussed the right subject,the limits of exercise,defined the duty of the doctor to inform,and gave suggestions for the improvement of the protection system of patient rights in China.
