需求侧视角下医学与法学交叉人才培养模式的反思与重构——以内蒙古地区为例

Reflections and reconstruction of the training model of medical and legal interdisciplinary talents from the perspective of demand side—— Take Inner Mongolia as an example

医事法学专业开办23年,培养出了大批医学与法学交叉人才。但在培养过程中,仍存在专业认识不清晰、专业特色不明显、实践教学体系不完善等问题,致培养出的人才与社会预期不相符。今后,应以社会需求为基点,准确定位专业目标,合理设置课程体系,突出专业特色,拓宽合作办学范围,完善本科教育,并逐步推行研究生教育。

Medical law specialty has been established for 23 years,and has trained a large number of cross-disciplinary talents of medicine and law.However,in the process of training,there are still some problems,such as unclear professional knowledge,unclear professional characteristics,imperfect practical teaching system and so on,which make the trained talents inconsistent with social expectations.In the future,we should take the social needs as the basis,accurately locate the professional objectives,rationalize the curriculum system,highlight the professional characteristics,broaden the scope of cooperation in running schools,improve undergraduate education,and gradually implement graduate education.
