基于因子分析的陕南地区智慧城市建设发展研究

Research on the Construction and Development of Smart Cities in Southern Shaanxi based on Factor Analysis

智慧城市是未来城市发展的目标。本文以陕南地区三座城市作为研究对象,结合区域城市特点,构建公共基础建设、城乡发展、经济水平、环境卫生、信息文化服务六个一级评价指标和20个二级指标,通过因子分析法对陕南地区的三座城市进行状态量化。并以汉中市智慧城市建设作为参照,探讨安康、商洛智慧化城市建设的对策。

The smart city is the goal of urban development in the future.This paper combined with the characteristics of regional cities takes three cities in southern Shaanxi as the research object and constructs six first-level evaluation indicators and 20 second-level indicators of public infrastructure,urban and rural development,economic level,environmental health,information and cultural services.The state of the three cities is quantified by factor analysis.Taking the intelligent city construction of Hanzhong City as a reference,this paper discussed the countermeasures of intelligent city construction in Ankang City and Shangluo City.
