我国目前支教活动的管理问题及解决对策——结合“支教漫旅行”项目的分析

Management Problems and Solutions of Current Teacher Support Activities in China:Based on "Teacher Support Long Travel" Project

随着党的十九大提出新时代建设教育强国的行动指南,我国西部偏远山区的教育问题日益显现。综合考虑我国西部地区的教育资源匮乏、传统文化无法被外界了解以及目前我国支教活动所存在的种种管理问题,我们提出了“支教漫旅行”项目。本文主要通过剖析我国目前支教管理方面所存在的不足,介绍“支教漫旅行”项目的构建并提出了目前存在问题的解决对策,旨在吸引更多的人参与到公益活动中,改善西部地区的教育情况,给那些懵懂的孩子们带去不一样的教育理念,让他们能够健康快乐的成长。

With the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to propose to build an educational power in the new era,the education problems in remote mountainous areas in the west of China have become increasingly apparent.Taking into account the lack of educational resources in the western region of China,the inability of traditional culture to be understood by the outside world,and the various management problems in the support activities of education in China,we have proposed the"Teacher Support Long Travel"project.This article mainly analyzes the current deficiencies in the management of teacher support in China,introduces the construction of the"Teacher Support Long Travel"project,and proposes solutions to existing problems,aiming to attract more people to participate in public welfare activities,improve the education situation in the western region,and bring different educational concepts to those ignorant children,so that they can grow up healthy and happy.
