本文对洛阳市新安县引故入新工程管线段施工作了简要介绍,并对管线施工重难点进行了分析,并结合管线沿途横穿S323省道和3处居民区,开槽施工难度大等工程实际设置三段顶管。认真分析地质资料,摸清施工沿线的地下管线的详细情况,制定详细的技术措施。作好地质勘察及资料整理工作,认真编制好施工方案和通过不同土层的技术措施及纠偏措施,确保管道的顺利顶进,有效保证了施工质量和进度;鉴于工程实际,介绍了管线开挖质量安全应急措施和顶管施工导致结构性破坏应急措施,供类似工程类似情况借鉴。

This article briefly introduces the pipeline construction of Xin'an County,Luoyang City,and analyzes the major and difficult points of pipeline construction.Combined with the pipeline crossing S323 Provincial Highway and 3 residential areas along the way,the trenching construction is difficult and other engineering practices,three sections of pipe jacking are set.It carefully analyzes the geological data,finds out the details of the underground pipelines along the construction line,and formulates detailed technical measures.It should do a good job of geological survey and data collation,carefully prepare the construction plan and adopt technical measures and corrective measures for different soil layers to ensure the smooth jacking of the pipeline and effectively ensure the construction quality and schedule;in view of the actual project,emergency measures for quality and safety of pipeline excavation and emergency measures for structural damage caused by pipe jacking can be used as reference for similar situations in similar projects.
