摘要
随着“一带一路”等国家战略的实施和国内外建筑市场的变化,传统的“碎片式”咨询服务已经无法适应我国建设行业发展需求,而全过程咨询模式在国内外受到越来越多的认可。本文结合价值工程原理,引入价值变化全寿命周期和价值链模型,试图寻找该咨询模式建设项目的战略增值环节和增值路径,以期推进全过程咨询服务模式在我国的进一步推行和发展。
With the implementation of national strategies such as the"Belt and Road"and changes in the domestic and foreign construction markets,traditional"fragmented"consulting services have been unable to meet the development needs of China's construction industry,and the whole process consulting model has been increasingly recognized at home and abroad.This paper combines the principle of value engineering,introduces the life cycle and value chain model of value change,and tries to find the strategic value-added link and value-added path of the consulting mode construction project,in order to promote the further implementation and development of the whole process consulting service model in China.
