摘要
地质灾害危险性评估能有效地减轻或避免建设项目因地质灾害造成的损失,并为建设项目实施地质灾害防治提供科学依据。评估级别是地质灾害危险性评估工作中最重要的一个环节,它关系到地质灾害评估工作的精度和深度。建设项目重要性是影响评估级别的两大关键因素之一。本文通过系统查阅国内相关文献资料,首先回顾建设项目重要性分类方法发展历程,接着分析了现行的建设项目重要性分类方法存在的问题,最后探讨了地质灾害危险性评估工作中常见的、重要性模糊不清的、新兴的建设用地或规划用地项目重要性分类方法,并提出了划分标准,供其他从事地质灾害评估工作者参考。
Geological hazard risk assessment can effectively reduce or avoid the losses of construction project which are caused by geological disasters,and provide a scientific basis for implementing geological disaster prevention and control in construction projects.The assessment level is the most important link in the geological hazard risk assessment,and it is related to the accuracy and depth of the assessment work.The importance of a construction project is one of the two key factors affecting the assessment level.Through systematic review of relevant domestic literature,the thesis firstly reviews the development history of classification methods on the importance of construction project,and then analyzes the existing problems of the methods.Finally,the thesis discusses the classification methods on the importance of common merging construction land or planned land projects with unclear importance in the geological hazard risk assessment work as well as puts forward the classification criteria,in order to give references to other geological disaster assessment workers.
