摘要
随着国家经济建设绿色化、低碳化的要求,装配式建筑也成为建筑结构体系重要的一部分。大量的建设需求使得混凝土预制构件的种类和数量持续增多,使得在预制构件的生产过程中调度越来越复杂。本文通过建立预制构件生产的约束条件,利用粒子群算法对预制构件的生产调度进行优化。通过实际案例验证预制构件生产线的任务分配,证明通过调整预制构件的生产工序可以缩短构件的生产周期,提高预制构件的生产效率。
As the country's economic construction is green and low-carbon,the prefabricated building has become an important part of the building structure system.A large number of construction requirements have led to an increase in the number and variety of prefabricated concrete components,making scheduling more complex in the production of prefabricated components.Based on particle swarm optimization,this paper assigns different inertia values to particle swarm search in different stages,and calculates the model to improve the effective search and convergence of the algorithm,verifies the task assignment of the prefabricated component production line through actual cases,to shorten the production time of prefabricated components,and improve production efficiency.
