摘要
同一型式的轮胎式地铁铺轨车可以适应不同尺寸下的地铁隧道,而无需对结构进行更改,在不同尺寸下的地铁隧道作业时,轮胎与隧道圆面的接触点是变化的,其轮胎承受的载荷也是变化的。针对轮胎式地铁铺轨车的结构形式和工作特点,通过对轮胎式地铁铺轨车在隧道工作面上的受力分析,推导出了不同隧道直径下铺轨车的轮胎载荷,以轮胎的工作载荷不超出其额定的载荷为目标值,分析出铺轨车最大吊重与隧道直径之间的对应关系,明确轮胎式地铁铺轨车的作业安全极限,对保证作业安全和提高设备使用率有着重要的意义。
The same type of tire-type subway track-laying truck can adapt to subway tunnels of different sizes without changing the structure.When working on subway tunnels of different sizes,the contact points between the tire and the circular surface of the tunnel are changed,and the tires are subjected to the same.The load is also changing.In this paper,based on the structural form and working characteristics of the tire-type subway track-laying vehicle,the tire load of the track-type vehicle under different tunnel diameters is derived by analyzing the force of the tire-type subway track-laying vehicle on the tunnel working surface,so that the working load of the tire is not exceeding the rated load as the target value,the corresponding relationship between the maximum hoisting weight of the track-laying vehicle and the tunnel diameter is derived and analyzed,and the operational safety limit of the tire-type subway track-laying vehicle is clarified,which is of great significance for ensuring the safety of the operation and improving the equipment utilization rate.
