摘要
为了研究工况因素对叶轮式通风器阻力特性的影响,建立通风器试验台,得到了不同实验工况下通风器的阻力值,结合所得实验数据,采用量纲分析法建立通风器阻力预测模型。模型计算值和实验值的平均绝对百分误差为3.69%,在此基础上讨论了转速、雷诺数和油气比对通风器阻力的影响。结果表明:阻力随雷诺数、转速和油气比的增加而增加;其中雷诺数为主要影响因素,转速和油气比对阻力的影响相对较小。
In order to study the influence of working conditions on the resistance characteristics of impeller ventilator,a ventilator test-bed was established,and the resistance values of the ventilator under different experimental conditions were obtained.Based on the experimental data and dimensional analysis,the resistance characteristic model of the impeller ventilator was established.The MAPE of model calculations and experimental results was 3.69%.On this basis,we discussed the impact of speed,Reynolds number and oil-gas ratio on the resistance characteristics of the ventilator.The results showed that,the resistance increased with the increase of Reynolds number,speed and oil-gas ratio;Reynolds number was the main influencing factor,while the influence of oil-gas ratio and speed was relatively small.
