我国长输管道实现跨越式发展,成功经验就是借鉴国外标准先进经验。以往研究侧重北美和俄罗斯标准,欧洲标准较欠缺。以欧洲标准EN 12583-2014为例,介绍了欧洲压气站在设计领域的实践经验,包括基于冗余设计的可靠性供气原则,考虑工艺流程和人员安全操作的整体规划布局,管道紧急情况和管道维修触发站ESD系统,管道试运期间压缩机密封系统和旋转部件试验,站场设施可视化管理,以及限制区域授权进出。通过借鉴该标准的先进经验,对于提高我国压气站设计水平具有指导意义。

China long distance pipeline industry achieved great development by learning advanced experience of foreign standards. The American and Russia standards has already studied, the Europe standard was ignored. The paper expounded the practice and experience in gas commission station design field with the new standard EN 12583-2014.The advancement of EN 12583-2014 included reliability design principal based on redundancy, integrity layout principal considering process and personnel operation safety, and station ESD system start under the condition of emergency case and pipeline repair, and compressor seal system and rotation component testing in pretesting, and station facilities visual management, and authorized access conditions in restricted areas. By learning the advanced experience of EN 12583-2014, it was important to improve China gas commission station design level.
