弹性泡沫复合结构吸振性能研究

摘要 制备了以三种不同弹性泡沫材料为基体多种结构的复合吸振试样,通过测试不同结构复合试样的振动响应情况以及复合试样对钢条的吸振情况,研究弹性泡沫材料自身性能与复合结构对吸振性能影响。实验结果表明随着弹性泡沫材料厚度的增加,一阶峰的固有频率逐渐减小,振动加速度也逐渐降低。 The composite vibration absorbing samples with three different elastic foam materials were prepared. The vibration response of the composite specimens with different structures and the vibration absorption of the steel strips by the composite specimens were studied. The vibration absorption performance was effected by the.properties and composites of the elastic foams. The experimental results show that as the thickness of the elastic foam increases, the natural frequency of the first-order peak gradually decreases, and the vibration acceleration also decreases.
