摘要
具有良好抗空泡腐蚀性能的聚氨酯弹性体往往力学性能较差,因此本文利用不同填料对聚氨酯弹性体进行改性,提高其力学性能。实验结果表明,填料的加入一定程度上都会提高其力学性能,其中硅藻土在聚氨酯中分散性好,不易团聚,其硬度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均明显提高,且抗空泡腐蚀性能未见降低。
Polyurethane elastomers with good resistance to cavitation corrosion often have poor mechanical properties. In this paper, polyurethane elastomers were modified by different fillers to improve their mechanical properties. The experimental results showed that the mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomers can be improved to some extent by adding filler. Polyurethane elastomers modified by diatomite with good anti-cavitation corrosion performance exhibited high hardness, high tensile strength, high elongation at break and. The improvement of their mechanical properties was the result of the good dispersibility of diatomite in polyurethane.
