摘要 油田的控制站以及操作中心能够通过DCS自控系统实现有效连接。DCS自控系统从整体结构上来看主要可以分为经营、生产、控制管理等几个级别,通过充分应用DCS自控系统能够在控制中心就实现对现场设备的有效管理,而且整个系统的发展比较完善。该自控系统主要是通过ACM发出相应的指令来实现控制,并通过数字命令信息的输入就能够实现对油田站场的运行控制。通过在油田站场全面应用DCS自动控制系统能够实现现场生产无人监督,使得现场生产系统的因可靠性得到进一步提升,而且系统整体的传输速度也相对比较快。 The control station and operation center of the oilfield can be effectively connected through the DCS automatic control system. The DCS automatic control system can be divided into several levels, such as operation, production, and control management. By fully applying the DCS automatic control system, the effective management of field devices can be realized in the control center, and the development of the whole system is perfect.. The automatic control system mainly realizes the control by issuing corresponding commands through the ACM, and can realize the operation control of the oil field station by inputting the digital command information. By fully applying the DCS automatic control system in the oil field station, unsupervised on-site production can be realized, which makes the reliability of the on-site production system further improved, and the overall transmission speed of the system is relatively fast.
