摘要
对比欧洲、美国、日本与我国在智能网联汽车道路测试的测试流程、车辆要求、安全驾驶员、道路类型及路段、载人测试、数据管理以及商业保险等方面的差异,同时针对加州和北京道路测试报告中的重点数据进行对比,在此对比基础上,提出我国智能网联汽车在道路测试流程、无人驾驶道路测试、道路测试场景、事故定责与商业保险以及国际合作方面的发展建议。
The differences between road test procedures,vehicle requirements,safety drivers,road types and sections,manned tests,data management as well as commercial insurances,are compared for road tests of intelligent and connected vehicles between Europe,United States,Japan and China.In the meantime via comparing the important data in road test reports from California and Beijing,road testing procedures for intelligent and connected vehicle development in China are proposed,including driverless road testing,road testing scenarios,accident liability and commercial insurances as well as international cooperation.
