ISO 26262中硬件随机失效度量指标(PMHF)的分解

在ISO 26262的ASIL分解的安全行为中,标准解释为ASIL分解的相关方法针对的是系统性失效,而不是硬件随机失效。因此,ISO 26262不允许对硬件随机失效相关的度量指标进行分解。本文尝试在某些限定的分解情况条件下,从失效概率的计算角度分析对硬件随机失效度量指标进行分解,判断能否满足分解之前的失效概率要求,从而分析总结为什么ISO 26262不允许对硬件随机失效度量指标进行分解。

In ASIL(Automotive Safety Integrity Level)decomposition safety activity,ISO 26262 explains that the ASIL decomposition related measures deal with systematic fault,instead of random hardware fault.So ISO 26262 does not allow to decompose PMHF(Probabilistic Metric for random Hardware Failures)in ASIL decomposition.This paper,under the dedicated decomposition conditions,is intended to analyze and summarize the reason why ISO 26262 keeps none decomposed PMHF in ASIL decomposition with the probability calculation.
