摘要
增强高职院校的师资综合素质、培养适应社会发展需求的教师梯队,已成为辽宁省目前高职教育教学迫在眉睫的课题。通过分析辽宁省高职院校师资队伍建设现状,找出了职业教育吸引力不强、教师培训缺乏保障、实践教学能力不足等问题。从加大高技能人才引进力度、开展“1+X”证书制度分层分级全员培训、促进校企合作产教融合、完善教师队伍评聘方法四个维度,提出了辽宁省高等职业院校教师队伍建设优化策略。
It has become an urgent task in Liaoning Province to enhance the comprehensive qualities of teachers in higher vocational colleges and cultivate a team of teachers who can meet the needs of social development.By analyzing the present situation of teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province,the problems such as weak attraction of vocational education,lack of guarantee of teacher training and insufficient practical teaching ability are found out.From the four dimensions of strengthening the introduction of highly skilled talent,carrying out the"1+X"certificate system for hierarchical and graded training of all staff,promoting the cooperation of school-enterprise,and the integration between enterprises and vocational colleges,and improving the evaluation and recruitment methods of teachers,the paper puts forward the optimization strategies for the construction of teachers in Liaoning higher vocational colleges.
