摘要 高职院校思政课教师职业倦怠问题较为严重,原因主要有社会对思政课支持不足、思政课本身的局限性、工作对象的复杂性、教师职业认同缺失等。为此提出缓解教师职业倦怠措施:教师对自身职业的认同程度和价值体现是前提;学生对思政课的认同度是基础;转变教育理念、创新教学方法、提高思政课教学实效性是关键;学校内部管理体制是保障。 The job burnout of ideological and political course teachers in higher vocational colleges is serious,which is mainly caused by the lack of social support for ideological and political courses,the limitation of ideological and political courses,the complexity of working objects and the lack of professional identity of teachers.This paper proposes measures to alleviate the burnout of teachers:the degree of teachers'recognition of their own profession and the embodiment of their value are the premise;students'recognition of ideological and political course is the foundation;it is the key to changing the educational concept,innovating the teaching methods and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political course teaching;internal management system is the guarantee.
