先是指出了学校学术不端行为的具体表现及危害性,接着深入探讨了导致学校学术风气不正的主要原因,最后针对这些问题提出了相应的解决对策,包括完善校园学风管理机制、加强学术道德教育,建立诚信档案等,以切实提高学校学术道德与学风建设的水平,营造出良好的校园学术氛围,从而有效推动我国高等教育事业的可持续创新发展。

First,this paper points out the manifestation and hazard of academic misconduct in schools.Then,it further probes into the main reasons for the improper academic atmosphere in schools.Finally,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems,including perfecting the management mechanism of the academic atmosphere in schools,strengthening academic ethics education,and establishing the credit files in order to improve the level of academic ethics and academic atmosphere construction in schools,and create a good campus academic atmosphere,thus effectively promoting the sustainable and innovative development of higher education in China.
