摘要
铝基复合材料是一类高性能的新型材料,在航空航天器、汽车、轨道车辆、军工武器等高新技术部门有着广泛的应用。中国大飞机产业进入了黄金发展期,对高性能复合材料需求日益旺盛。中国在制造"愿景"喷气机机身、C919大飞机时都用了不少复合材料,用铝基复合材料制造的CR929远程宽体大飞机的机身筒段已于2018年12月26日顺利总装下线,它的直径6 m,长约16 m,是中国迄今制造的最大铝基复合材料航空器部段。中国正在设计与制造世界最大的以安-225"梦幻"重型运输机为原型的超级运输机与米-26重型直升机,它们的铝基复合材料用量估计可超过8%。
Aluminum matrix composite is a new type of high performance material, which has been widely used in the high and new technology sectors such as aerospace vehicle,automobile, railway vehicle, military weapon and so on. China′s large aircraft industry has entered a golden period of development with an increasing demand for high-performance composite materials. China uses a lot of composite materials to build both the simple fuselage of the "VISION" jet and the C919. The cylinder section of fuselage of the CR929 long-range wide-body aircraft, made of aluminum matrix composite materials, rolled off the production line on December 26, 2018. With a diameter of 6 m and a length of about 16 m, it is the largest aircraft segment of aluminum matrix composite ever manufactured in China. China is designing and manufacturing the world’s largest super transport aircraft based on the AN-225 "DREAM" heavy transport aircraft and the MI-26 heavy helicopter. The amount of aluminum matrix composites used is estimated to exceed 8%.
