制粉车间通风及洁净通风系统的设计

Design of the ventilation in milling workshop and air cleaning technology

摘要 传统自然通风的通风方式对车间换气、降温的同时,实质上还会造成车间的空气污染,进而污染生产产品。制粉车间应选择合适的、可控的机械通风方式,既可实现制粉车间正常生产所需要的通风量,满足物料输送、粉尘控制、温湿度调节,还能达到一定的洁净度等级,有益于食品卫生和食品安全。 The traditional natural ventilation mode can not only change the air and cool down the workshop, but also pollute the air in the workshop and the products. The appropriate and controllable mechanical ventilation mode shall be selected in the milling workshop, which can not only realize the ventilation volume required by the normal production of the milling workshop, meet the requirements of material transportation, dust control, temperature and humidity regulation, but also achieve a certain cleanliness level, which is beneficial to food health and food safety.
