Research on the Implementation Mechanism of Archives Intelligent Service Based on Collaborative Filtering

实现基于协同过滤的档案智能服务是必要和迫切的任务。本文面向用户痛点问题,提出基于协同过滤的档案智能服务实现模型。该模型以基于专家意见的协同过滤实现面向兴趣利用的档案智能服务,以“虚拟用户-事务类型”矩阵空间运算实现面向事务利用智能服务,以“档案资源-检索关键词” 矩阵空间运算实现面向异名检索利用智能服务。在实际应用中可根据档案服务场景将这些概念设计模型实例化,实现档案智能服务。

It is a necessary and urgent task to realize the archives intelligent service based on collaborative filtering.In this paper,based on collaborative filtering,an archives intelligent service im plementation model is proposed for alleviating users*pain—point problem.This model implements the study—purpose intelligent service by using expert opinions collaborative filtering,implements the affair—purpose archives intelligent service by“virtual user—affair type”m atrix space calculations,and implements the diverse—nam e retrieval intelligent service by ^archives resource—retrieval keywords^ m atrix space calculations. In practical application, theseconceptual design models can be instantiated according to the service scene to realize archives intelligent service.
