摘要
通过光学显微镜、X射线衍射(XRD)、显微硬度计、抗菌试验和拉伸试验等方法研究了再结晶退火温度对含铜铁素体抗菌不锈钢组织及性能的影响。研究表明:实验钢在再结晶退火温度860~980℃范围内保温5 min,随再结晶退火温度升高,其晶粒尺寸逐步增加;α织构与γ织构强度下降,高斯织构强度上升;抗菌效果相似,抗菌率均达到90%以上;实验钢硬度呈微弱下降趋势,强度呈近线性下降趋势,塑性明显提升。
The effects of recrystallizing annealing temperature on microstructure and properties of copper-bearing ferrite antibacterial stainless steel were studied by means of optical microscope, X-ray diffraction(XRD) microhardness tester, antibacterial test and tensile test. The results show that when the copper-bearing ferrite antibacterial stainless steel is processed by recrystallization annealing at 860-980 ℃ for 5 min, the grain size of the steel increases gradually with the increase of recrystallization annealing temperature, the strength of α texture and γ texture decreases, the strength of Gaussian texture increases, the antibacterial effect is similar, the antibacterial rate is more than 90%, the hardness of the experimental steel shows a weak decreasing trend, the strength shows a near linear downward trend, and the plasticity increases obviously.
