摘要
新钢公司今年被列为省职业技能等级认定首批试点单位,开展了首次职业技能等级认定。按照“谁评价、谁发证、谁负责”的原则,认定过程要实现全部“独立”,职业技能等级要突出品德、能力和业绩评价要求,认定过程的采用线下管理需耗费大量时间协调,构建一个全过程的网络化管理系统十分必要。
