盾构区间钢弹簧浮置板整体道床施工质量控制要点

摘要 随着社会的不断发展,我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要。昆明地铁4号线响应社会主要矛盾转化的需求,在沿线共设置约23.36单线公里的钢弹簧浮置板整体道床,占4号线全线长87.18单线公里的26.8%。钢弹簧浮置板能大大降低城市轨道运行产生震动和噪声对沿线的影响,同时大大提高乘客乘坐地铁的舒适度。但是,在地铁各型整体道床施工中,钢弹簧浮置板整体道床施工工艺最为复杂,施工标准最为严格,不断提高钢弹簧浮置板整体道床施工质量变得最为迫切。本文以昆明地铁4号线铺轨1标盾构区间钢弹簧浮置板整体道床施工为工程实例,结合2018年新颁布的《地下铁道工程施工质量验收标准》(GB/T50299-2008)对施工质量控制要点进行分析和总结。 with the continuous development of the society,the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into the people's growing needs for a better life.Kunming metro line 4 responds to the needs of the transformation of the main social contradictions,and a total of 23.36 single-line kilometers of steel spring floating board are set along the line,accounting for 26.8%of the 87.18 single-line kilometers of line 4.The steel spring floating plate can greatly reduce the impact of the vibration and noise caused by the urban track,and greatly improve the comfort of passengers.However,in the construction of various types of subway integral track bed,the steel spring floating board integral track bed construction technology is the most complex,the construction standards are the most strict,constantly improve the steel spring floating board integral track bed construction quality has become the most urgent.This paper takes the construction of steel spring floating slab in the shield section of kunming metro line 4 as an engineering example,and analyzes and summarizes the key points of construction quality control in combination with the newly issued quality acceptance standards for underground railway construction in 2018(GB/t50299-2008).
