at present,junior middle school English teaching pays too much attention to students'comprehension and expression ability in writing,thus neglecting the cultivation of students'English listening.The purpose of students learning English is to better communicate with foreigners in the future.The premise of friendly interaction is that both parties can understand the meaning of the information conveyed by the other party.Therefore,the cultivation of English listening is crucial.Next,I will focus on cultivating students'interest in learning,consolidating pronunciation teaching,establishing a good listening foundation,and guiding students to master the methods and skills of English listening.
