摘要
在素质教育提出的背景下,教师的教学手段逐渐多样化,从而更好地完成学生对于教学课堂的新的要求。其中,分层教学法作为一种依照学生学习水平对教学进度以及教学内容进行不同划分的教学手段,在初中数学教学阶段被教师广泛应用。教师通过应用分层教学法,可以使教学内容与教学目标更加明确,同时在一定程度上简化了教学任务,同时,分层教学遵循循序渐进的教学原则,能够进一步夯实学生的数学基础,除此之外,分层教学最大的特征是因材施教,让学生的个性特长发展得到落实,让数学学习更具特色。
