Systematic review and careful study of the background information of the reform pioneers will help us to provide reference for future talent development. There are five common characteristics in the reform pioneers, devotion to family and country, the deep insight, the inexhaustible learning power, the innovative power to explore and the willpower that does not fear the challenge. The reform pioneers who have received higher education have a higher degree of professionalism and occupation. Factors such as the school spirit of studying at the school play an important role in the growth of the reform pioneers. The common characteristics and educational background of the reform pioneers provide the following enlightenment for observing the education reform and personnel training in the new era: the optimization of educational concepts;the expansion of educational content;and the infiltration of educational environment.
