淬火水温对7B04合金晶间腐蚀与剥落腐蚀的影响 被引量:1

Effect of quenching water temperature on intercrystalline corrosion and spalling corrosion of 7B04 alloy

摘要 采用硬度试验、拉伸试验、腐蚀试验和光学显微镜等方法,通过控制不同的淬火水温,研究在不同的淬火水温下7B04铝合金晶间腐蚀和剥落腐蚀的变化。结果表明:随着淬火水温的升高,合金的硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度变差,伸长率的变化不明显,在20℃水温淬火后合金具有良好的综合力学性能;合金的抗晶间腐蚀和剥落腐蚀性能先降低后提高,60℃水温淬火时最差,80℃水温淬火时最佳,继续提高淬火水温至100℃则再次变差。 The change of intergranular corrosion and spalling corrosion of 7B04 aluminium alloy at different quenching water temperatures was studied by means of hardness test,tensile test,corrosion test and optical microscope.The results show that with the increase of quenching water temperature,the hardness,tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy become worse,the change of elongation is not obvious,and good comprehensive mechanical properties are achived when quenched at 20℃,the intercrystalline corrosion resistance and spalling corrosion resistance of alloy first decrease then increase,and reach the worst and the best when quenched at 60℃and 80℃,respectively,though become poor again when quenched at 100℃.
