摘要
针对TC4钛合金棒材低倍清晰晶现象,研究了加热温度及变形量对TC4钛合金棒材清晰晶现象的影响规律,并提出改善方法。结果表明,典型魏氏组织低倍清晰晶现象表现为可以看到明显的晶粒及晶界分布;若魏氏体组织在后续的变形过程中由于总变形量不足,形成取向相近的条状集束α相,则在低倍下表现为没有明显晶界分布的清晰晶现象。当相变点以下的二次变形量达到85%时,可以使魏氏组织完全等轴化,并消除低倍清晰晶现象。
Aiming at the phenomenon of microstructure of clear crystal in TC4 titanium alloy bar,the effect of heating temperature and deformation on microstructure of clear crystal of TC4 titanium alloy bar was investigated,and the improvement measures are put forward.The results show that the typical low-magnification clear crystal phenomenon with Widmannstatten structure is characterized by obvious grains and grain boundary distribution.If the total deformation amount in insufficient in the subsequent deformation process of Widmannstatten structure,strip-cluster alpha phase with similar orientation is formed,the clear crystal phenomenon without obvious grain boundary distribution is observed at low-magnification.When the secondary deformation below the transformation temperature reaches at 85%,the Widmannstatten structure is equiaxed completely,and the clear crystal phenomenon is eliminated.
