摘要
采用正交试验和极差分析探究了2195铝锂合金固溶温度、预变形量、时效温度与时效时间对合金力学性能和组织的影响,并采用OM、SEM、TEM等测试手段对合金热处理试样组织和性能进行分析。结果表明:时效温度对合金力学性能影响最大,时效时间18 h、固溶温度510℃、时效温度160℃时热处理工艺为较优。通过低温力学性能测试,确定预变形量选择3%即可达到较优综合力学性能。
Effects of solution treatment temperature,pre-deformation,aging temperature and aging time on the mechanical properties and microstructure of 2195 Al-Li alloy were investigated by using orthogonal experiment and range analysis,the microstructure and properties of heat treated alloy specimens were analyzed by means of OM,SEM and TEM.The results show that the aging temperature has the greatest influence on the mechanical properties.The heat treatment process is better when aging time is 18 h,solution treatment temperature is 510℃and aging temperature is 160℃.It is found through low-temperature mechanical property test that the optimal comprehensive mechanical properties can be achieved by selecting 3%pre-deformation.
