摘要
对20CrMnTi钢轴套进行真空低压脉冲渗碳,采取缩短渗碳时间、改变乙炔流量、增加扩散时间、降低淬火温度及增加保温时间的优化工艺,达到了渗碳有效硬化层深度2.8 mm,表面碳化物呈弥散分布、显微组织马氏体及残留奥氏体1级、心部铁素体2级要求。
Pulse carburizing of 20CrMnTi axle sleeve under vacuum and low pressure was carried out.After treated by optimized process of shortening carburizing time,changing acetylene flow rate,increasing diffusion time,reducing quenching temperature and prolonging holding time,the effective carburizing layer depth reaches 2.8 mm.The carbides in the carburized layer distribute dispersedly,and the martensite and the retained austenite of the carburized layer reach grade 1,and the ferrite in the core reaches grade 2.
