头孢哌酮联合夫西地酸对细菌性皮肤病患者皮肤菌群的影响及疗效 被引量:1

The effect of Cefoperazone combined with Fusidic acid on the skin flora of patients with bacterial skin diseases

摘要 目的探讨头孢哌酮联合夫西地酸软膏对细菌感染性皮肤病患者皮肤菌群种类的影响及疗效,为细菌感染性皮肤病的治疗提供参考。方法选择2015年11月至2019年6月在我院诊治的100例细菌感染性皮肤病患者作为研究对象,入选患者随机分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50)。对照组患者采取头孢哌酮/舒巴坦静脉注射治疗,观察组患者采用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联合夫西地酸软膏治疗。对各组患者治疗第3天和第7天时皮损处菌群进行检测,同时观察两组患者的疗效。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗第3天和第7天时皮损处的菌群数量及种类数量呈现明显的下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中疗效极好病例的占比为78.0%,治疗的总有效率为100.0%。结论头孢哌酮联合夫西地酸软膏对细菌感染性皮肤病患者疗效确切,对患者皮损处的细菌具有较强的抑制作用,值得推广使用。 Objective To investigate the effect of cefoperazone combined with fusidic acid ointment on the skin flora of patients with bacterial infectious skin diseases, and provide reference for the treatment of the diseases. Methods A total of 100 patients with bacterial infectious skin diseases who were treated in our hospital from November 2015 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=50) or observation group(n=50). The control group was treated with Cefoperazone/Sulbactam intravenously, and the observation group was treated with Cefoperazone/Sulbactam combined with Fusidic acid ointment. On the 3 rd and 7 th day of treatment, the skin flora of each group and the therapeutic effect were detected and observed. Results On the 3 rd and 7 th day of treatment, the number and species of skin flora in the observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The ratio of cases obtaining excellent efficacy in the observation group was 78.0%, and the total efficiency rate of treatment was 100.0%. Conclusion Cefoperazone combined with Fusidic acid ointment has a satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of bacterial infectious skin diseases.
