健脾解毒汤联合化疗治疗胃癌疗效及安全性研究

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Jianpi Jiedu Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy in Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨健脾解毒汤联合LFEP方案化疗治疗胃癌的疗效及安全性,为临床治疗胃癌提供新思路。方法:医院收治的80例胃癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组为40例。对照组采取亚叶酸钙(leucovorin,CF)+5-氟尿嘧啶(5-fluorouracil,5-Fu)+表柔比星(epirubicin,EPI)+顺铂(cisplatin,DDP)化疗方案,即LFEP化疗方案,治疗组在对照组基础上加用健脾解毒汤。治疗后,察看两组患者免疫水平变化、临床症状改善情况及治疗效果,评价各组患者不良反应。结果:治疗后,两组患者CD^+3、CD^+4T细胞数量以及CD^+4/CD^+8分别显著高于治疗前,CD^+8T细胞数量分别低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);未接受治疗时,两组患者中医症状评分和KPS评分分别比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组中医症状评分显著低于治疗前,且显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者有效率及疾病控制率分别为65.85%和82.93%,对照组患者有效率及疾病控制率分别为41.46%和60.98%,分别与对照组比较,治疗组明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总不良反应12例,与对照组总不良应17例相比,明显较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾解毒汤联合LFEP方案化疗治疗胃癌具有良好的疗效,减少了不良反应发生,改善患者生存质量,对治疗胃癌具有积极的意义。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Jianpi Jiedu Decoction combined with LFEP regimen in the treatment of gastric cancerandprovide new ideas for clinical treatment of gastric cancer.Methods:Eighty patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.In the control group,patients received leucovorin(CF)+5-fluorouracil(5-Fu)+epirubicin(EPI)+cisplatin(DDP)chemotherapy,which was LFEP chemotherapy regimen.The treatment group was supplemented with Jianpi Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms,immune level changes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and the adverse reactions were evaluated.Results:After treatment,two groups’number of CD^+8 T cells was lower than that before treatment,and the numbers of CD^+3,CD^+4 T cells and CD^+4/CD^+8 were so higher than those before treatment,and the difference was very significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate and disease control rate of the treatment group were 65.85%and 82.93%,respectively,and the effective rate and disease control rate of the control group were 41.46%and 60.98%,respectively.The treatment group’s was higher than the control group’s and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no obviously difference before treatment in the clinical symptom scores when the two groups were compared.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the treatment group were evidently lower than those before treatment,and distinctly lower than that of the control group and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).There were 12 cases with adverse reactions in the treatment group,which were significantly less than the total adverse reactions in the control group,and the difference was highly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Jiedu Decoction combined with LFEP regimen has a good curative effect on gastric cancer,which reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions and improves the quality of life of patients.It has positive significance for the treatment of gastric cancer.
