阵发性房颤大鼠心房肾上腺素能神经密度及青山健心片干预作用 被引量:1

Atrial Adrenergic Nerve Density in Rats with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation and The Intervention Effect of Compound Qingshan Jianxin Tablets

摘要 目的:观察房颤大鼠心房肾上腺素能神经(adrenergic nerve)分布密度的变化,以及复方青山健心片的干预作用。方法:造模成功后以复方青山健心片、美托洛尔灌胃,实验结束后取左心房、右心房,通过HE染色、免疫组化、激光共聚焦显微镜观察不同部位肾上腺素能神经的分布特点并进行定量检测。结果:房颤模型组肾上腺素能神经分布密集,重构明显,染色不均匀,神经分支明显增多杂乱。青山健心组和美托洛尔组神经重构较模型组明显减轻,但组间比较没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:青山健心片和美托洛尔均具有抑制左心房肾上腺素能神经重构的作用。 Objective:To observe the changes of the distribution density of adrenergic nerve in atrium of rats with atrial fibrillation and the intervention effect of Qingshan Jianxin Tablets.Methods:After successful modeling,compound Qingshan Jianxin Tablets and metoprolol were given to the stomach.After the experiment,the left atrium and right atrium were taken out.The distribution characteristics of adrenergic nerves in different parts were observed by HE staining,immunohistochemistry and laser confocal microscopy,and quantitatively detected.Results:The adrenergic nerves in the AF model group were densely distributed,significantly remodeled,unevenly stained,and the nerve branches were significantly increased and disordered.The nerve remodeling of Qingshan Jianxin Tabletsgroup and metoprolol group was significantly less than that of model group,but there was no significant difference amongthe groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both Qingshan Jianxin Tablets and metoprolol can inhibit left atrial adrenergic nerve remodeling.
