集对分析偏联系数法在寻常型银屑病对症用药疗效评估中的应用

Application of Set Pair Analysis and Partial Correlation Coefficient on Evaluating Efficacy of Symptomatic Medication for Psoriasis

目的:探讨非经典卫生统计的集对分析偏联系数在寻常型银屑病对症用药疗效评估中的应用。方法:基于集对分析偏联系数法分析中医对症用药与银屑病疗效的关系,通过计算各疗效的四元联系数的一阶全偏联系数,并按照从大到小排序,将此排序与各证候的"总有效/无效"比值排序作同异反分析。结果为"同"或"偏同"的前提下,以疗效四元联系数的一阶全偏联系数所指示的排序作为临床治疗时的首先参考。结果:本研究中序号2(失眠的对症用药:远志、竹茹、黄连、肉桂、酸枣仁、茯神);3(口干的对症用药:白茅根、乌梅、麦门冬、石膏、人参叶);12(脉弦的对症用药:柴胡、山栀、当归、甘草、泽泻、生地黄);18(红斑积分>2.34的对症用药:丹参、红藤、茜草、六月雪);22(浸润积分>1.46的对症用药:乌梢蛇、白芍、白花蛇舌草)的同异反分析为同或偏同,且一阶全偏联系数排序较高,认为该种情况下用药对症性好,有助于提高疗效,且具有一定的普遍性。结论:正确的对症用药有助于提高寻常型银屑病治疗效果,四元联系数的一阶全偏联系数可以用于样本中对症用药疗效评估的定量研究。

Objective:To explore the application of chi square analysisof non-classical health statistics in the evaluation of the efficacy of symptomatic medication for psoriasis.Methods:Based on the set pair analysis partial connection coefficient,we analyzed TCM symptomatic prescription and psoriasis curative effect and calculated all partialconnection numbers of the contact number of Four Yuanand orderedit from big to small.The syndrome of"total valid/invalid"ratio was for sorting IDC analysis.Under the premise of"same"or"partial",the first order total partial correlation coefficient of the quaternion connection number was used as the first reference for clinical treatment.Results:In this study,the same and different back analysis of ordinal 2(insomnia symptomatic medication:Polygala,Zhuru,Coptis,cinnamon,Suanzaoren,Poria),3(thirst symptomatic medication:Rhizoma imperatae,Fructus Mume,ophiopogon root,gypsum,ginseng leaf),12(the pulse string symptomatic medication:bupleurum,gardenia,angelica,liquorice,Rhizoma alismatis,Rehmannia),18(erythema integral>2.34 symptomatic medication:Salvia,Hongteng,Valerian,June snow)and 22(infiltration points>1.46 symptomatic:drug black snake,white peony,Hedyotis diffusa)was same or partial to same.The first order total partial correlation coefficient was higher.It was considered that the medication was good for the symptoms,and it was helpful to improve the curative effectand had certain universality.Conclusion:The correct use of symptomatic drugs is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect of psoriasis vulgaris.The first-order all-bias contact number of the quaternary contact number can be used for the quantitative study of the therapeutic evaluation of symptomatic medication in the sample.
